Character Information
Name: Ozymandias
Canon: Fate/Grand Order
Canon Point: post-Babylonia; pre-Solomon
Age: Technically 1000s of years old, but as a Servant, he appears more in his prime/idealized version, so he's visibly more like late 20s, but like no older than early 30s.
History: Wiki

Personality:
Aside from his overall loud volume, Ozymandias is perhaps best known as one of the more boisterous Servants. He is quick to remind others of his great accomplishments within his lifetime and that he is not only the supreme pharaoh but an incarnation of the sun god Ra. He's also one of the few Servants that prefers to be called by his true name rather than by his class, and he's not one to simply fall in line with a Master if their goals do not align or he lacks respect for the Master's abilities. And yet, despite all of his bragging and declarations of his might, Ozymandias does not come across as arrogant or superior the way others with similar penchants for bragging. While he may talk about himself as being the absolute pharaoh and having a divine right to rule, he doesn't do this by comparing himself to others. Part of this may stem from him viewing hardly anyone as being his true peer, but Ozymandias doesn't feel compelled to tear others down to build himself up. From his perspective, everything he says is rooted in fact and as the will of the gods, and drawing such comparisons serves no purpose.

In fact, Ozymandias is more likely to build someone up than he is to belittle them. While he certainly cannot suffer weakness and places a great deal of emphasis on one's ability to demonstrate strength, he is not the kind to intentionally harm the weak or mock someone for reaching their limit, and instead encourage their growth, if at all possible. He does this with some (those he views as having kingly qualities especially) by adopting a mentor-like role and offering them guidance either directly or indirectly, and almost always giving them his unfiltered opinion. Ozymandias then takes a great amount of pride in what they're able to accomplish and how they've grown.

In addition to moments like that, Ozymandias displays a softer, more human side in other ways. For example, try as he might to be commanding and perfect, he does some real clumsy and socially goofy shit like trying to gloss over his head nearly rolling off his shoulders when he's in a serious monologue or keeping the conversation at a more casual level with an opponent after fighting. At other times, Ozymandias also shows that he has significant connections to others beyond those he mentors. In quieter moments, it's not uncommon to hear him speak of the ways in which Moses, his foster brother and the person he considers to be his dearest friend, inspires him towards greatness, or how much he would like to share a moment with his beloved Nefertari, who he likens to the goddess Hathor. He's also far more likely to want to fight alongside people like Arash, who he holds a great amount of respect for as a fellow warrior.

All of this being said, Ozymandias can show himself to be ruthless and unyielding, too. This tends to manifest most often with Ozymandias' unwavering convictions or when he feels he has been insulted. Although it's true he understands that sacrifice and compromise is often necessary, there are certain things that he holds as firm lines that he refuses to break or bend upon. These things tend to be related to things that he takes pride in (e.g., refusing to engage the Lion King in direct war immediately due to the risk that placed his Egypt under), his goals (e.g., continuing to fight after the death of his Master because he believes it to be his responsibility to create a better world), or people he cherishes most (e.g., his willingness to outright kill the person who summoned him for potentially plundering Nefertari's grave for the purpose of summoning him). This side of him does not emerge quite as often because most seem to appreciate the fact that Ozymandias is swift and fierce when challenged. But when it does, it becomes immediately apparent that Ozymandias' talk of being absolute is not all just hot air.

So, in short, Ozymandias is definitely the first person to brag on himself and talk about all of his achievements both in life and what he's capable of now. He does this to such an extent, that he remains unafraid of being called by his true name rather than by his class name. Ozymandias believes that without a doubt it is the gods' will for him to rule over all and that he is truly the King of Kings. But he is not completely superior in his demeanor, and also believes in the importance of guiding others towards their strengths while understanding that some meet their limit faster than others. He will do this with those he views as being kingly or possessing strength most often (due to having the greatest amount of respect for them), and he himself is not above displays of strength to make his point when the situation calls for it.
Abilities & Skills:

Servant. Servants are also known as Heroic Spirits. They form contracts with mages known as Masters, which allows them to manifest and materialize in a physical form. Without this mana supply, Servants eventually weaken and fade. Masters can use their mana to repair damage to a Servant and allow them to unleash their abilities. Additionally, as part of their contract, each Master gains three Command Seals, which will force absolute obedience from their contracted Servant regardless of the command. Because Servants are so much more powerful than humans, these Command Seals ensure the Master's safety should they summon a more willful Servant.

Ozymandias belongs to the Rider class of Servant. As the name suggests, Servants belong to this class are often most well-known for their riding ability and their mounts are often the source of their Noble Phantasm. Ozymandias' mount happens to be a sphinx explained under Noble Phantasm section, but he doesn't actually tend to ride it. Ozymandias is also known to be one of the more powerful and hardier Servants. Despite his Master's death, he is able to continue on for a significant length of time and doing fairly impressive acts before his defeat. He will, however, still fade like the rest of them would over time.

Passive Skills. As one might expect from being part of the Rider class, Ozymandias is a skilled rider of mounts and can use Phantasmal and Divine Beasts as his mounts. Ozymandias also possesses protection from magical effects (Magic Resistance). Lastly, given that he is considered both a child and incarnation of the Egyptian god Ra, he possesses some Divinity, bringing him closer to being a Divine Spirit while also providing weaknesses/strengths based upon another Servant's ability to harm more divine Servants.

Noble Phantasm. Noble Phantasms are essentially weapons or abilities used by Servants. These are characteristics or things associated with the individual Servant by humanity, regardless of accuracy in terms of them possessing it within their lifetimes. These Noble Phantasms can sometimes be revealing to the Servant's true name, which can spell defeat, but they can also act as trump cards when needed at the same time.

Ozymandias himself has three Noble Phantasms:
Mesektet. The boat of the sun flies about the sky, shooting beams of light. It is a massive ship, so Ozymandias only need summon the parts of it that he requires.
The Sphinx of Abu el-Hol. A divine beast that allows Ozymandias to summon other sphinxes to command. He's also able to "give" sphinxes to subordinates to command. ...Or make kittens for a Valentine's Day present.
Ramesseum Tentyris. This is Ozymandias' trump card and it acts somewhat like a Reality Marble (i.e. projecting someone's inner world outside). The temple itself is a gigantic complex and meant to be reflective of both his might as a pharaoh as well as his embodiment of all the Egyptian gods. As the name suggests, Ramesseum acts as its central temple and a throne room for Ozymandias. Based upon the temples present, he can also give various protections and curses based upon who or what is meant to be worshipped there. (Though it should be noted that he can invoke some protections from Ra outside the temple by default due to the aforementioned divinity.)

It is an extremely durable and protected complex as well both in terms of durability and offensive capabilities. The exterior is lined with divine steel and there are also a number of sphinxes roaming the complex. Although these sphinxes do not match size or individual strength as his Noble Phantasm, they're still not something you want to mess with. Additionally, Ozymandias can use the Dendera Electric Bulb to attack from a distance, which is considered to be as powerful a solar flare.

...Ozymandias can also use Ramesseum Tentyris to simply yeet his temple complex at people/things and crush them. Y'know. As you do.
Magecraft. It's significantly less clear what Ozymandias is capable of with magecraft, but Ozymandias appears to have some familiarity with it as he's demonstrated both knowledge and ability. The best (or at least most obvious) example of this is his ability to make Ramesseum Tentyris into a Reality Marble.

Non-Servant-Related Abilities

Architect. Ozymandias is well-known for a number of things, but his architecture and construction projects are chief among them. Ozymandias oversaw the construction of more monuments and statues than any pharaoh before or after, many of which have lasted into the present day. Although Ozymandias obviously did not construct any of these himself, he is credited for taking on the endeavors, which would include planning and allocating resources for their construction.

Military Strategist & Diplomat. As pharaoh, Ozymandias was often faced with managing relationships with neighboring empires. Sometimes these resulted in conflict and Ozymandias was then tasked with leading his military (and some of his sons) to a number of victories. Other times, he was able to effectively negotiate peace. The latter is exceptionally notable due to the fact his peace treaty with the Hittites is the oldest surviving peace treaty. So, all of this to say: he can lead an army and effectively manage a battle just as easily as he can talk and reach mutual understanding.
Inventory/Companions: Aside from the clothes on his back and his various gold bling, Ozymandias will only have his scepter.

Choice: Witch
Reason: In canon, Ozymandias is ridiculously overpowered. So, becoming a witch will be fun to have him bumblefuck his way through learning magic of this world while also trying to play it off like any mishap was totally intended PSSSHHH. At the same time, as he continues to develop legitimate skill, it wouldn't be totally unheard of for him to try teaching newer witches a thing or two.
